BizX Business Expo & Conference 2025 – EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION

You are invited to exhibit at an exciting mega networking bash! Join us on Tuesday, October 21, 2025 for BizX 2025 Business Expo and Conference! We expect over 400 vendors and guests, who are all entrepreneurs and small business owners, looking to meet you and many others to do business together!

Here are just a few exhibitors from last year’s business expo and our monthly business networking events:

Take advantage of the once in a year opportunity to showcase your business and fill your sales funnel! The event starts out with registration at 9:00am, followed by a continental breakfast buffet and networking until 10:30am, then an introductory presentation by our President, Tammy Defoe, Platinum and Gold Sponsor introductions, then 3 amazing featured Speakers who are all business experts! Speakers will be posted soon.

After the Speakers will be the tradeshow from 12-3:50pm, followed by draws and awards for door prizes, map contest and BEST EXHIBITOR BOOTH, with the event ending at 4:30pm.

Exhibitors and Guests will include business owners, self-employed professionals and independent entrepreneurs from the following industries:

GTAbizX 2025 EVENT ITINERARY:

8:00-9:00am: Exhibitor set-up (tablecloth, banners, etc. Put business cards and other giveaways under your table)
9:00-10:30am: Registration + Continental breakfast + networking (Exhibitors and VIPs)
10:30-10:45am: GTApreneurs welcoming presentation
10:45-11:00am: Platinum and Gold Sponsor Introductions
11:00-11:20am: Guest Speaker 1
11:20-11:40am: Guest Speaker 2
11:40-12:00pm: Guest Speaker 3
12:15-3:50pm: Tradeshow
1:00 – 2:00pm: Lunch – Meat, vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options (Exhibitors, VIPs and Tradeshow ticket holders)
2:00 – 3:00pm: Snacks and beverages served
4:00 – 4:30pm: Draw and awards given for door prizes, map contest and BEST EXHIBITOR BOOTH
4:30 – 5:30pm: Exhibit take-down

Some guests (~ 150 – 200) will have VIP tickets which will give them admission to the full event. Others will have the tradeshow ticket which will include the tradeshow and lunch only.

As an exhibitor, you will receive free all day admission to the event, plus these great exhibitor perks:

FREE TICKETS: 4 free VIP or Tradeshow tickets to give to your team members or other entrepreneurs
MAP CONTEST: Automatic participation in our map contest, where we give you stickers to add to guests’ contest maps to encourage them to visit your booth. Guests’ who get the most stickers can win a big prize.
PHOTOS: Photos of you at your booth shared with you and posted on our website, YouTube channel, and social media pages.
EXHIBITOR DRAW: 1 ticket for the Exhibitor door prize draw
EXHIBITOR CONTEST: Entry into our Best Exhibitor Booth contest (optional to participate)

Note: Oct. 13, 2025 is last day to register to exhibit and we are only taking 3 exhibitors per profession, so book your exhibit now.

6’ x 6’ Exhibitor area (4′ table + 1-2 extra feet of space on either side + 2 feet in front and 2-feet in back + 1 chair)
- $399 until July 31, 2025
- $449 between Aug. 1 – Sept 15, 2025
- $499 between Sept. 16 – Oct. 1-13, 2025
10’ x 6’ Exhibitor area (Includes an 8′ table with 1 foot of extra space on either side + 2 feet in front, and 2 feet in back + 2 chairs)
- $599 until July 31, 2025
- $649 between Aug. 1 – Sept 15, 2025.
- $699 between Sept. 16 – Oct. 1-13, 2025
10’ x 6’ L-shape Exhibitor area (You will have your booth at the end of one of the aisles for maximum exposure. Includes two 4′ tables configured in an L-shape (can be adapted for you to stand behind the L or inverted to stand in front of the L. You will have 1-2 extra feet of space on each side, plus 4 feet in front or back of the L + 2 chairs)
- $699 until July 31, 2025
- $749 between Aug. 1 – Sept 15, 2025.
- $799 between Sept. 16 – Oct. 1-13, 2025

Power is available for a limited number of exhibitors at no extra charge. Please indicate if you need power. White tablecloths will be provided and draped over you table(s) prior to your arrival at the event, and there will be a small card on your table to indicate that it is yours.

Upon arrival to the venue, you will check in and receive your BizX 2025 Exhibitor Vendor Kit which will include your exhibitor name tag, totebag, event guide, stickers for the map contest, map, and other items. You will then find your table and set up your banner(s), branded table cloth or table runner, if you have one, and place your giveaways and other items under your table, out of sight from guests. Next you will head over the breakfast and networking area for some food and networking. When the presentations end at 12:00pm, head back to your exhibitor booth to finish setting up and prepare for guests to visit you.

I attended a Gtapreneurs Networking event this week and it awesome. Tammy Defoe was the organizer and it featured a guest speaker and various businesses highlighting their businesses at exhibits.
